After signing the contract, we will strictly comply with the quotation and contract provisions, and promptly provide quality products that match the model in the contract within the agreed delivery period. If the customer proposes a change proposal for the product model before delivery, active communication and cooperation will be provided to meet the customer's reasonable requirements. For orders that cannot be changed, written confirmation will be carefully made with the customer before the contract is signed to reduce unnecessary inconvenience and losses to the customer.
2、All fan products will be delivered to the address agreed upon with the customer in the contract by a third-party professional logistics company or courier company entrusted by each logistics center. Our quality services will be delivered throughout the entire logistics process. If customers experience unfair treatment during the logistics service process, please contact the customer service engineer or customer relationship management center who serves you directly for support and assistance. At the same time, the service process will be regularly reviewed to avoid such phenomena from occurring.
3、Before using the fan product, on-site technical support, training, and demonstrations will be provided in written or EMAIL form at the request of the customer, in order to enable relevant employees of the customer to fully understand and understand the product's functions, usage methods, and safety precautions. Our product quotation generally does not include on-site technical service fees. Throughout the entire product usage process, patient and enthusiastic technical support will be provided to reliably ensure the safe use and excellent operation of customers.
